    HUMAN PEDESTRIAN DISINFECTION TUNNEL (FIXED OR MOBILE)

    Disinfection tunnel for airports, sea ports, marinas, railway station, bus station, greenhouse, slaughterhouse, ovine, bovine farms, pedestrian, living and human hygiene, bacteria and viruses destruction and disinfection.

    The tunnel is a tunnel or container in which all external visible areas of people and pedestrians can be disinfected with all the equipment (floor mat, hand disinfection, and fogging method) to purify microorganisms, hand and foot disinfection and whole body disinfection system.

    In human disinfection with fogging method, the person entering the tunnel disinfects his hand and goes to the hygiene mat, and the entrance sensors that detect the entrance when entering the tunnel automatically activate the fogging.

    In disinfection with fogging method, disinfectant liquid from the nozzles turns into a cloud of fog, and destroys harmful microorganisms in all areas where the disinfectant comes into contact without wetting on the person.

    Optionally, it is possible to ensure that the person/ pedestrian can not leave the tunnel without hand or foot disinfection.

    Optionally, a self-closing mechanical door or electronic automatic door can be placed at the entrance and exit of the tunnel to prevent it from spreading around in the open spaces or to be affected by the external weather conditions in the least possible way.

    Tunnel dimensions;

    Standard Tunnel: Height: 2 mt, Width: 0.9 - 1 mt, Length: 1 mt.

    1- At least 12-16 nozzles should be used.

    2- At least 70-100 people should be able to disinfect in a tank filling.

    3- There should be at least 100 lt solution tank in one filling.

    4- When the solution in the tank used in the system is finished, the pump should automatically protect itself.

    5- There should be a sensor at the entrance (The sensor should not be like a door sensor, it should be activated when switched on.)

    6- In order to prevent dripping from the nozzles, the system should have a valve assembly that sends the disinfectant back into the tank for use after spraying.

    7- A filter should be used at the exit of the warehouse to prevent any pollution in the warehouse.

    8- The engine room and the disinfectant cabinet should be able to separate from each other. (In this way, the sound coming out of the machine is prevented from disturbing the staff or the customer. In addition, when it is separate, it can be displayed and replenished to the desired area when disinfectant or water filling is required.)

    WORKING METHOD

    • If the pedestrian passes through the sensor, the system is activated and works for the specified time and then deactivates.
