VEHICLE DISINFECTION SYSTEMS GENERAL FEATURES

When the vehicles enter the disinfection system, vehicle disinfection happens through consisting of a large number of nozzles placed in the system and contact of the disinfectant liquid, which is broken down into very small particles, through the fogging method and touches to the most detailed parts of the vehicle.

 

Thus, a healthy and hygienic disinfection is provided by using less disinfectant material. As a result of economical use of disinfectant material with fogging method, unnecessary personnel usage is eliminated, the health of employees and animals is protected, and an automatic, accurate and efficient disinfection takes place.

 

Vehicle disinfection with the fogging method is carried out in two ways: cabin system and plug system. However, the plug system is not used much since it cannot provide a real disinfection.

VEHICLE DISINFECTION APPLICATION PROPERTIES WITH TUNNEL SYSTEM

  • The vehicle is taken inside the disinfection tunnel, the engine is stopped and the process begins before the driver leaves the cabin,

  • Disinfectant is released into the environment through spraying nozzles,

​

  • Pulverized material fills the tunnel with a cloud of fog, 

​

  • Disinfectant, with this method, sinks up to the remotest parts of the vehicle,

​

  • When the preset time is up, the fogging stops, the driver takes the vehicle out of the tunnel and the operation is completed.

  • Truck length 16 meters prewash - no wash system

  • 8-10 meters prewash - without washing system for truck and small vehicles
